Do you offer refunds?
No, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, in the case of a manufacturing fault, you may be
entitled to a refund (as deemed by our team upon inspection).
Do you have a warranty policy?
We do not offer a warranty period. However if you do have concerns
about a product, please reach out to our customer care team.
Can I buy individual attachments out of a pack?
No, we currently only sell complete packs.
Do the packs all include the same shapes?
All travel packets include the same attachment shapes. However,
please note there will be slight colour and pattern differences with every pack.
Can I find Switch in any store locations?
Yes, you can currently find SWITCH at Eumundi Markets via store holder Me and Maggie.

How much is shipping?
Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express for $15.
All orders exceeding $150 will receive free standard shipping.
International shipping is $20.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All order placed before 10am are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping, and 7-10 business days for standard shipping. International shipping times will vary pending your location, if you would like an estimated shipping time, please contact our customer care team.
